A Bee Hive.

Have you ever seen the inside of a bee hive? Where up to 120,000 bees live in complete compatibility. No fighting, no bullying, and no being lazy. The instinct of survival for future generations is so strong. That bees will work themselves to death. Instead of being a burden bees will remove themselves from the hive to die.

There are 3 types of honey bees.

• Worker
• Drone
• Queen

All are female expect the drones. There is only one queen, many, many workers and only a few drones.

In our one hour beekeeping class we learn all about the community of bees inside a bee hive.

You will also have the opportunity to observe the bees through an observation hive.

Bees are fascinating and we could not survive without them. We are taking away more and more of their natural habitat and its past becoming more of a worry.
